Paul Sandhu, M.D.
Dr. Paul Sandhu completed his specialized training in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation at Harvard University’s Massachusetts General Hospital.
There, his training, in addition to his specialization, involved working with
top professors and renowned specialists in Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology,
and Interventional Pain Medicine.
Since his residency, Dr. Sandhu has advanced his procedural competency still
further, continuing his education through training workshops, mini-fellowships
and one-on-one sessions with top experts in their own respective fields.
Before founding the Pain Solvers, Inc. clinic in Walnut Creek, California,
Dr. Sandhu served as the Director of Interventional Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation
at Kaiser Permanente in Bakersfield. He is a Qualified Medical Evaluator in
California, a title indicating extensive training and expertise in disability
assessment. Dr. Sandhu recently passed the American Board of Anesthesiology
examination, becoming a board certified sub-specialist in pain.
Dr. Sandhu serves on staff at the John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek,
and is certified as a team physician by the American College of Sports Medicine.
He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Hawaii as well as in California,
and is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
and by the American Board of Pain Medicine. A fellow on the American Board
of Disability Analysts, Dr. Sandhu is also a member of the American Academy
of Pain Medicine and the American College of Legal Medicine. He is the Medical
Director for the Pleasanton surgery center, a state of the art facility with
the most effective treatments in the field of interventional pain management.
Dr. Sandhu’s knowledge of a broad range of related fields and approaches
complements his intensive training in specialized procedures. By drawing on
a unique combination of professional perspectives and techniques, he is able
to provide truly optimal care.

Dr. Sandhu resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where his interests include
