Telemedicine

Communications is about connecting patients and medical professionals
with the information they need. We make systems that link medical
offices, doctors, surgical centers, and patients. These systems exchange
live pictures and other kinds of information between operating rooms,
doctors' offices patients, and teaching institutions. The goal is making
telemedicine a reality, in real time, with worldwide access.

Our recent projects have included real time video hook-ups between our
several bay area locations and Honolulu so that patients and doctors
can communicate in real time as if they were actually in the other
office, and so patients have ready access to their medical professionals.
